You're mistaken. We have not called you regarding Verizon company. This is a public forum which helps consumers to solve their financial queries. Any way, If anybody has called you and told you that you owe money to Verizon company, then it doesn't mean that you have to pay money to them. Send a written request to validate the debt to the verizon company. If they can prove that you owe money to them, then work out a payment plan with them. If they can't, then send a cease and desist letter to them.
