Received multiple calls from them. After much research it appears their call may have had some merit because someone had opened an account that we weren't aware of. Once you settle on an amount all of the sudden new hidden fees appear. Also the amount of the debt that was purchased from Capital One was much lower then what they wanted from us. We received this info from our credit report. I deal with lawyers every day on professional matters but this group is anything but professional. I hope what goes around comes around for this group. Part of me wanted to call their bluff of taking us to court just out of principle.
