This company calls my cell phone on a regular basis. The person that had my cell phone number before I did has bad credit and didn't pay her bills. It's been over 3 years since I got the cell number so I just don't answer any of their calls. It's not worth my trouble to call these losers back and have them remove my number from their list. Pathetic losers trying to collect $$$ that is very old debt.

I think you should tell the caller that you are not the person they are trying to reach. Tell them that you'll forced to take legal steps against them if they continue to call you in future.
