paid and not taken off credit

I have paid my Tmobile bill and superior refuses to take it off my credit. This has been over a year, and everytime I dispute this item they keep saying I owe this money.What can I do?

You can dispute the item on your credit report and send the credit reporting agencies verification that that debt has been paid. Send a copy of all of your documentation to Tmobile as well. If you speak to one supervisor and get no where then speak to another one. Keep going up the chain of command until you get results.
