Someone I dont even know

I've had my cell phone number since I moved to the US from the UK 10 months ago.
Approx. 4 months ago, CBCS started calling my number trying to reach someone called Felix Sinclair.
Sometimes I ignore the calls, sometimes I answer (I dont always recognise the number), but every time I have answered I have told them the number belongs to me and I dont know this Felix bloke.
In the most recent call, they claimed they've only called me 4 times (not true, its been over a dozen) and that once again they would remove my number from their system. When I pressed them to admit they were a debt collection agency they refused and would only say it was 'a personal business call'.
I finally told them that if they called again I would consider it harassment and would start legal action.
This CA needs to be shut down and its directors put in prison.
