Hi, I my manager just received a garnishment letter from Tremont. They are not license in the state of Ohio. I did however emailed them a revoke letter. Is there another letter that I can send them by mail? I tried calling them as well and they would not except my call. I only owe them 502. What else can I do?
If you revoked wage assignment, you need to give a copy of that
If you revoked wage assignment, you need to give a copy of that letter to your HR department. Unless this company has obtained a judgment against you, they cannot garnish your wages.
