Settlement Question

You may call them up and ask. Have you settled for 'paid in full'? It might be an issue with the system update, but I'd still have inquired about it.

i would call them, explain to them that you agreed on a settlement for that amount. does your paperwork state settlement, and that the account is satisfied with this amount? make some phone calls and you may need to fax them a copy of your proof. but be sure that you agreed to settlment and your paper work is in order. good luck!

As long as your settlement is pending, you will receive monthly bill. After your final payment, they will send you a letter confirming your settlement completion. It will take a while though. My settlement works well that way.

did you make this payment in a one time lump sum or are you on like say a 3 month payment plan? i was under the impression that you paid the final payment. if this is the case it should be done and over with. but maybe it just is the system is a little behind but i would still call them.
