Settlement Question

So i just recently made a settlement on two credit cards with the same bank. I made sure i got everything in writing and sent my payment with a copy of my settlement letters by certified mall. This was just last month i would say around the 25th of Aug. They applied my payment and i thought everything was good but just received another bill from them. What is up with that is it just there system isn't updated or is something wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?


Hi I would like to know if there is any person in the company who can respond to my chat request.. i would call them, explain to them that you agreed on a settlement for that amount. does your paperwork state settlement, and that the account is satisfied with this amount? make some phone calls and you may need to fax them a copy of your proof. but be sure that you agreed to settlment and your paper work is in order. good luck!
