I'm a college student who owned 4 too many credit cards (meaning i owned 4). When I lost my job last year I wasn't able to make payments on any of my cards and ever since I have been struggling with collection agencies and have been swallowed in a pit of debt. Now I also have an my ex-cell phone company after me and I have a bill with the water company from the old property I lived at.

You should immediately look into having a new job so that you can manage the payment plan set with your creditors. A counselor will work out a plan as per your present financial situation. A decent paying job will make the whole process easier.
