i have no job I owe $2,944.00 what should i offer in 3 payments? i am 795 days past due. it will be 3 years past due on 11/25/2012 i offered $260 a month for 3 months i am unable to pay any more period. what do you think i should of offered for this debt? i have no job i just lost my job again after 14 days. long stories short. I am being threatened legal action again. every time i move they get a new lawyer in my state to cotact me to collect.

It is not surprising to know that the collectors/creditors are threatening to take legal action against you. You're saying that you don't have a job any more. So, can you even pay $260 every month? Try to get a job first. Then only you can think about settling the debts.
