collection agency and debt...help please.

luck and after many countless hours of research online about judgements, CC debts, summons, SOL, consumer rights, etc. I stumbled upon an answer that "Chris L In NC" had responded to last Nov. 2008 to a question about a debt collectors Unifund CCR Partners and Sessoms & Rogers--and her quote was "Fight them! They are a paper tiger." and that they may have violated some practices in the state of NC. So I would like to get in touch with her and fight them regarding a judgement that was improperly renderec against me 4 years ago--nothing from that point until recently, it suddenly resurfaced and was handed over to Sessoms & Rogers. Thank you and greatly appreciated if anyone knows how I can get a hold of her. She is my last chance in getting this case over-turned.

David Rosenberg, Cincinnati, OH and the Unifund (UNIFRAUD?) Group is arguably one of the worst debt collectors that have EVER come on the scene.
He happily admits to paying 3-4 cents on the dollar to purchase old (usually worthless) debts from creditors, gambling that he can turn them into big profits.
Rosenberg's operation is enough to cause consumers to be leery of Unifund collection activities. Challenge every contact from Unifund.
