is it true that credit card debt can be wrote off and eventually you wont have to pay it back?Ihave 4 unpaid credit cards and it will be 3 years this year.we entered our debt into a consolidation program and stopped it after a year cause of our cards not being paid.they are now going to trial for charging illegal fees.my credit cards are being turned over to law offices and they are all coming after me at the same time.

Who charged you illegal fees? Attorneys offices are permitted to assess you all court and legal costs. What cards do you owe on?
yeah the credit card companies do a charge off but you are still
yeah the credit card companies do a charge off but you are still responsible and they will come after you for the amount you owe + fees. Ck with your state to see what the statue of limitation is.
