How long will Chase wait before going to court

How long will Chase wait on an unpaid card untill going to court. I am approaching 90 days and answering phone calls. I have been told that in 4 days my case will go to pre litigation. How long before a summons and a court date. They refused a 30 % offer and offered 50%.
