I have old bills and bills in collections that I want to pay that need to be paid.I tried to get credit report and couldnt and dont know how to go about paying them and who I owe?Need to know who to talk to

You should individually contact them and negotiate with them for the payments. If you feel that you cannot negotiate with them on your own, then you can contact the debt relief companies and take their help in consolidating or settling the dues. Once you pay off the debts, you will find that with time your credit scores are improving.
