I have found a company that will settle my cc debts by negotiating with my creditors upfront and then send $$$ to them each month instead of the traditional savings account way.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I've heard of a settlement broken down in 3, 4, sometimes 6 payments; but never a monthly. What company is this?
