I can not stand this collection agency. I followed all their guide lines to restore my student loan to good standing. I did everything, paper work, I even paid for the mail to be recieved in three days just as they asked. I got my mail from them saying my account has finally been in good standing and will now be given to USAFunds my original lenders. One month later they did not take any money from my account, the following month, which was yesterday I not only recieved a letter stating my account is on default but they also took $75 dollars out of my account. Now I owe the bank money since I only had $80, and my bank is a second chance checking account which is more strick than a regular bank. This agency literally screwed me over and they don't want to give the money back. what

It was probably USAF that did the auto draft. Your payment was due....when you got the letter that the loan was in good standing, did you not think to call them to set up your new payments?
You have to take some responsiblity ...you rehabbed and were not proactive in getting your account set up.
