What kind of contract is this for Utah Statute of Limitations?

Hi,
I dropped out of Utah State University with one unpaid class a few years ago. I am trying to clean up my credit and wondering what to do with this. The status is $803 past due since March of 2007. I found the following about Utah Statute of Limitations:
Any signed, written contract, obligation or liability: 6 years.
Unwritten contract, obligation or liability: 4 years.
Open account for goods, wares, merchandise, and services rendered or for the price of any article charged on a store account: 4 years.
NOTE: A written acknowledgement signed by the debtor revives the SoL.
I don't remember signing anything so does that mean the SOL kicks in March 2011? If so, should I just wait it out until March?

Actually since this is a debt to a state school, there is NO SOL
Actually since this is a debt to a state school, there is NO SOL. Public debt, They can seize any state income tax refund you are due.
