very outstanding bill

Why do i have a outstanding bill of $953.32 with at-t??? i dont know why i would have some bill like that when for one i have only had the internet service for no more than a month?????My bill for att is 36.00 and the modom was given to on credit and after that my internet bill is only $24.99...a month???AND I WAS TOLD NOT ONLY BY ONE PERSON BUT TWO WOMEN THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE A $100 DOLLAR VISA CARD FREE AFTER 30 DAYS OF SERVICE, AND I WAS GOING TO USE THAT CARD FOR THE MODUM AND TOLD THE PERSON THAT...SO I ASK AGAIN WHY WOULD I HAVE A VERY VERY VERY HUGE OUSTANDING BILL..sorry if i come of rude but this problem has to be taking care of (ASAP).CONTACT INFORMATION REMOVED.
