Victoria Secret Angel Credit Card

I had a Angel credit card and had made 67.00 purchase in Jan of 2009. Feb. 2009 I paid on line the entire amount owed to Victoria Secret. (WFNNB- handles VS credit cards). I never logged back in since I had not shopped and did not owe them. Three months later I get a printed invoice in mail saying I owed them 60.00 bucks. I logged in and was being charged 20.00 month for late charges. I had received no email from VS saying your account is being charged but I got sale notices. I called and talked to them and asked could they wave the charges since I did not have clue they were billing me. They were very rude and said no, you have to pay the entire balance. To which I said cancel my account ASAP and I will never set foot in your store again. They canceled my account but kept sending me bills and tacking on 20.00 each month. I called 2 other times and spoke with a supv. she said I can cut the charges to half, which at time would have been 90.00 but that is all I can do. I said ok, tell you what, I will pay the month 20.00 you say I was late, they said no we have to have the whole thing. I did pay online a 20.00 payment, which they took. but they are still sending me threatening letters, turned it over to a collection agency, a lawyer called my cell, which I did not answer. Funny the charges have stopped at 180.00. Now they are offering to split it to 90.00 again and of course they have reported it to all credit agencies. I do not feel I owe this money. I live in SC, will they sue for a mere 180.00?? I pay all my bills and on time, this one just ticked me off.
