tender social security card

Your credit dept. issued me a red card. Then proceeded to place a hold
on it's use stating they need additional info such as a current utility bill,
social security card and drivers license.
I have sent everything requested except the social security card.
I sent them a Medicare card as it uses the same ss#.
Your Credit Dept Refuses to accept this card. How about a Visa, Sears,or$3300 discover card. What's wrong with you People?
