voluntary wage detachment

Is it possible, without a court order, to voluntary have a wage detachment, to send to a creditor to pay off a debt? I'd love to do that. I have a somewhat big time money problem as far as paying off my creditors. when i have the money, i sometimes spend it. i should be paying them. if i can have the payments automatically deducted from my weekly paycheck that i get from my employer, i can satisfy the debt much more efficiently.

That would really be up to your employer, whether they want to deal with the paperwork and additional processing of it.
But I do know a lot of employers will do it for you -- they call it an allotment.
