i am about $70,000 in debt.i hav taken $25,000 from my 401k which i dliketo pay bac.my wages hav been garnished an i hav letters for settlements for credit cards but do not hav the funds.id like to get a monthly payment plan for all fo about$450. a month .what would u adice i do?call me at PERSONAL INFORMATION REMOVED

You should contact your creditor/collection agency whom you owe money and negotiate for a payment plan which you can afford. It will solely depend upon your creditor/collection agency whether or not they will consider your request and give you an affordable payment plan to pay off the debts.
