I do not have an account with Washington Mutual.
I need this off my record. To resolve this matter im willing to settle for 100 dollars to clear my good name.

first you should dispute this with the credit bureau. if you do not have an account with wamu, why should you pay to clear your name, when it could simply be an error on their part for posting it to your credit report.. wamu was purchased by chase a good while back (couple of years or longer ago). it could be an error of someone having the exact same name, or a typo on spelling, or they could have entered one number wrong when they reported it to credit bureau.. it does happen..
