thanks for taking your time to answer my question, i did a lot of researched on the internet, and I found this consolidation agency "Money Management International" in my area, I Googled it and they are BBB accredited, they have been in business for many years. I came face to face with a certified counselor and the consultation was absolutely free. the fee for their professional services is included in my first draft for the first month, the next coming months my payments will be lowered, I will finish paying this credit cards bills in 2016.
