Business line of credit

I have a business line of credit I am trying to negotiate out of at Wells Fargo. I also have a business checking account there. Wells Fargo said they can take money out of my checking account to pay my business line. Is this true?
They can't take money out of your checking account without secur
They can't take money out of your checking account without securing judgment order from the court. At least thats what I know.
