Wells Fargo Auto Finance ruined my credit on purpose

Wells Fargo has ruined my credit and could care less. They gave everyone new account numbers back in Nov.06 and they have the old and new account numbers active with the old as a charge off and no pay and the new one not active since Nov.06. I have never ever been late on a payment and, never missed a payment. My car is due to be paid off July 2008. It shows on all my credit agencies files. I have called, faxed, emailed, sent letters to their credit repair department, nothing. They are bad people. Even the credit agencies wonkt listen, they say each other is right and assign a point value. I am so mad and do not know what to do. I live and got my car in IL. Anyone else going through this, please help!!

I have had loans with Wells Fargo Financial in the past and had good relations with the company throughout the process. However, you may have run into one office with poor or uncaring management. If you are unable to get this matter resolved with the local Wells Fargo office, you may wish to contact the regional manager for resolution. If that still does not work, I would definitely consider getting an attorney to help you resolve the problem!
