I am trying to find out is Western Sky is illegal? I took a loan out with them and as soon as I did Cash Call took it over. I live in the state of TN and what struck me odd was the fact that if I go to Cash Call's like I was going to apply, it says they do not do loans on my state so I am confused. I have managed to get out from under twin bluffs, Mobiloans, plain Green, Great Plains, net PDL. Now I am left with Western Sky/cash call and HuskHawk. The day I informed HuskHawk they were illegal in my state they sold my debt to a third party who wants the initial $250 principal although I had paid them more than $500 already so I am tryin to tell this group NCA that was an illegal loan and they said I have to pay the $250 or they will start legal process. I'm not sure where to go now.

So do I send the same letter to western sky or to cash call? Also the third party group with HuskHawk told me they do not use email of any kind for communication so how do I get my point across to them that they bought an illegal loan and I have already paid more than the principal?
