Capital One and NCO

I have an old account ( from about 2005 or 2006) with capital one that is a $800 debt. I found an old letter (settlement letter) from NCO with a very good offer-- which is more thna likely not available anymore. i want to contact NCO but before I do, i want to know if i take a settlement from NCO will capital one still try to come after me for the rest or the entire sum? Ive read a few stories on capital one and I see that they are the hardest ones to deal with when it comes to settling. has anyone ever dealt with this? or any advice? Thanx in advance
What state are you in? More than likely the debt is out of SOL.
What state are you in? More than likely the debt is out of SOL...and more than likely will drop off your credit in the next year. Paying it will not help your credit.
