Wisconsin Chapter 128 to consolidate debt

I recently found myself in a huge hole when I was assessing my finances. It started with cc debt, then I started taking out payday loans to help make ends meet. Now I can barely make min payments and rollover fees. I find myself struggling to put gas in my car.I realized I had to do something, fast. I thought that bankruptcy was my only option, then I found a lawyer who spcializes in WI chapter 128 voluntary debt consolidaion. This seems like the light at the end of my tunnel. I haven't been able to find anyone who has gone through this though. If anyone can offer me any advice it would be much appreciated. Thanks.
