I am working with resqdebt a dept negotiator, should I continue or do it my self

I've been considering the same thing myself. After a few conversations with the people I'm a bit apprenhensive as to letting this company take care of my debt. It seems what they do is wait until you are very behind in you bills and a company will settle, sometimes companies do settle, sometimes they sue. If I were you I would consider that and also look at the laws over that kind of thing in your state.

Solanojr,

I can only address your question by saying that the company is dedicated to helping you resolve your unsecured and credit card debt burden. The company???s negotiation team has unique relationships with creditors that allow it to achieve the best settlement results possible for its customers. Settlements on accounts take time. However, if you are able to save moneys above what is suggested in your program agreement give the negotiation team a call.

Solanojr if you have any further questions please feel free to email me directly. I will personally make sure that your concerns are addressed.

Thank you,

my only consern is so many posts about one company it makes me consider that someone is spamming the forum. I counted i think 5 posts all on page one with all the same questions and answers.

It is very important for people to research the company they are considering. The thing is before people post they usually look to see if there is a post already it concerns me. This forum is suppost to be informative for people to post thier experiences and offer advice and peace of mind to others who are going through hard times. Its a shame that it gets taken advantage of.

Sorry if im a bit skeptical, I am new to this forum about a month now, but i have seen how companies spam the forum to get advertisement. Its a shameful practice and i hope others see right through it.

If you are indeed searching for answers on this company google it, check out the bbb, check out to see if there are blogs or testimonials besides what is on the site. Also the company should be upfront and forward as to how it works and fees.

alleykat, this is how debt settlement works and if you already have your accounts through a debt settlement company you should know this. Debt settlement you stop payment until you can get enough saved to "settle" the debt. thats how it works with a company or on your own. Know what your getting into. knowledge is power, and when it comes to your financials know what your getting into.

Why are there people coming into this forum to vouch for the validity of ResQDebt?? Even former employees are saying it is a scam. One asshole said it's the people that don't want to take responsibility for their debts that are writing negative things about ResQDebt.... Why would someone even begin to hire a debt consultant is they were not being responsible.
I myself hired ResQDebt last year. I was told to put $600.00 in my savings account, that they had access to, and they would take $150.00 each month, and the rest would accumulate and go toward your debt. The very first month they took $313.00!!! I immediately emailed the original "salesperson" and did not get a response back for almost 2 weeks, saying she was "out of town" and gave me a different person to talk to. When I called them, I was given a totally different story. I canceled my account with ReQDebt and asked for the money to be returned.. (yeah right) So I disputed the transaction with my bank, and after their investigation, sent a letter saying that I indeed approved that transaction. I called the bank and requested the information that they based their decision on. About a week later I got the documents that the bank received, and they were completely bogus documents that I had never seen, or discussed with anyone, but said it was approved through my IP address.
Whoever is saying positive things about ReQDebt is obviously currently with the company, or their friends and families.
Don't EVER sign up with a company online when there is "your" money involved, and ALWAYS sign a real document, not an electronic version of your signature. The people at ResQDebt are liars and frauds... Bottom line.

there is but you must take time and effort to find the right companies. Many would argue to do it yourself. Believe it or not this can be done in my case that wasnt the answer but some feel this is the best way then you have complete control as to what is going on.

but if you are looking for a company there are many out there that do what they say but you must research and weed them out from the scammers keep in mind the most common lie is they keep you from getting sued. News flash no company can promise you that. its a part of the settlement process sometimes you may or may not get sued depending on how the creditor is handling your account some are very agressive.

I have been involved with RESQdebr for about a year now. I have paid off most of my credit debt and still a little ways to go yet. I would reccommend resqdebt.
