I have recently took out 3 payday loans for 200 dollars each and a 4th out on Friday for $200. My bank recently closed my account on me for NSF's and I never was able to receive the 4th. I have paid the fees on the first three loans one time and haven't defaulted on any of them yet.
First question is what can I do to pay these loans off without them having access to my account. I don't want to give them any information from a 2nd bank account but I do intend to pay them back fully within the next month. Will they allow me to WU them the money or send them a money order?
My next question is what will happen on the loan that wasn't able to make it through to my account? Will they just write off the debt or will they try to charge me some kind of fee.
Also I think it is a great thing that all of you are doing with helping some of the people on this forum. Being in debt is one of the worst feelings to have and the people on this forum are making life a lot more enjoyable for many of us.
Thanks

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR NEW ACCOUNT INFO NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY OR WHAT THEY THREATEN YOU WITH! Demand a physical address to send a money order to. Western Union and Money Gram can get expensive. They will say you have to MG or WU the money, just give us the names of the pdls and we more than likely have somebody who has the address and they will post it or look around the forum and you will find it. Also send the a letter revoking your authorization for them to debit your account, send it in mail, e-mail, and fax it. They will threaten you with fraud charges, and arrest. It sounds scary and real, but THEY ARE LYING to scare you out of your money. Stand up to them. Also don't agree to payback more than you can afford each payday, just mail in what you can afford, if they cash the money order, they've accepted your agreement. The calls will be annoying and at times frightening. Just know they are blowing hot air. You will be OK. By the way, what state are you in?

Many of us are in the same boat as you and feel your pain. Welcome to payday loan double hockey stick world. These people pray on the working poor joes like you and me. I got caught up with these predators myself and someday I will get out from under their thumbs but honey I ain????????t sweaten it anymore and neither should you. You didn????????t do anything wrong and the sherriff will not come after you if they have threatened you with this scare tatic. I had to close my bank acct and open a new one and I recommend that you do the same thing also get your phone number changed if you can then the jerks can????????t call and harass you, NEVER ever give out your new information not even to your dog. Unfortunalty these people are ruthless and may call your people who you put down as references, I know they called my family and my neighbor but only once I think as no one has said anything to me that they have called again. I used this board to locate my 4 PDL address????????s and I send them money orders every month for $10 each, that????????s the best I can do. Use this board and keep posting away. Good Luck

I would contact the company you took the last loan with and make sure the loan was cancelled since you never received the money. This should be the case, and if so, that's only three loans that you have to worry about paying back. You should not be paying any fees on the last loan you took out because again, you never received the money. You can certainly provide proof of this by giving the date your account was closed, and the bank can give you the exact date of the last deposit that actually made it to your account.

The 3 are ameriloan, OneClickCash, and PaydaySelect. I plan on paying them back every cent once and I should be able to within the next month, its just that I don't want them calling my work and harassing my boss and coworkers. I want to get it straigtened out as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Thanks all

What state are you in? You really need to file a complaint with your state's AG office as soon as possible. Just follow the steps I mentioned above. And you will soon be feeling back in control and your stress level will decrease. Just don't let them know you have a second account, let them know you no longer have any account of any type.

I have 4 payday loans out and I will not go down this road again. Anyhow I closed my checking account before they sucked me dry and now I send them $10 a month to pay back the loans. It will take me forever but I will make good on my debt to them. My advise to anyone that has to deal with these people, close your account that they have the numbers for and open a new one, DO NOT give them the new account # or routing #. These idiots also have contacted my family and neighbor one time but I don't think they have again. They do not have my phone # as I went strictly cell now (can't afford two lines). So I figure as long as the money orders are being cashed and I am attempting to make good on my debt there is NOTHING they can do to me.
