Writ of Execution in PA
Date: Fri, 09/02/2011 - 04:58
I received a default judgement and made a few payments to the collector. I ended up defaulting on the agreement I arranged and received a Writ of Execution against my bank account and real property.
Can someone please explain the steps of this process? I already told my employer to issue paper checks and stop direct deposit.
I don't own any property and the most I have in assets is my car which I owe on around the same as the car's value.
Is there anything they can really try to take off of me at this point?
I had my name on my mother's house, but we took it off the deed over a year ago because she's aware of my blight with the creditors.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Taking your name off property could be deemed fraudulent.

I don't think fraud would necessarily be claimed in this case.
I don't think fraud would necessarily be claimed in this case. It sounds to me like the mother took this person off of HER house's deed because of his/her poor credit. That's the mother protecting herself and her assets. Not fraud.
