i went for a car loan,one out of the three reports give,owed money which i never did so it hurt my loan,i wrote to them three times and they never got back to me,i wrote a third time and called them ass holes,finaly they got in touch with me and said they are going to tell the police and report me to fdcp,this is not my dept but it is on my report what can i do thank you.

Did you send a letter of dispute to the Credit Reporting Agencies? Is the debt appearing to be with the collectors or the original creditor? Call the original creditor and have a talk with them.
