I am aware that Capitol One has garnishments against me. As far as I can figure they have 3 all different accounts and all served at different times. My question is this if they go to garnish my bank account and there is a 0 balance or a negative balance and no deposits into the account what can they then do? They have already taken my account to 0 with one of the garnishments and now I need to know what happens when they go to take the rest and there is no money in there. I live in Wyoming if that matters.
Also once the judgement is in place is there any way to possibly work with Capitol One for a payment plan or is it way to late? Do I call Capitol One or the collection agaency that is handling the account? Thank You for any input on this.

I think I was served back in Aug. And Oct. I received some sort of legal papers in the mail. I did not respond as I didn't know what to do. I know this is my own fault but am curious as to what happens when they garnish the bank account and there is a 0balance. They took over 3000 just last week and left me wit nothing and now shows a negative 1200 pending so I am guessing they are trying to get more. what happens when they can't get anymore? Should I try to contact Capitol One or find the agency handling the accounts? Is it to late to try to work something out? Thank You.
