My house is going thru foreclosure I am getting harassed by creditors. I triued to file chapter 13 but would have to bring my wife into it so I had it dismissed. I have a decent job but have zero credit and defaulted on every card and bank loan. How do I strucuture a settlement with all creditors to get this resolved and still have money to live? I need someone to help me and tell me what to do? Are there people like that. I get certified letters all the time but never pick them up. Please help

Creditors as a general rule wont structure long term settlements with you. Basically with settlements you call up, negotiate and pay. They wont take payments long term to settle.
Have you been checking the court dockets to see if you are being sued? You could be missing important documents.
What about filing for Chapter 7?? Do you have a pension or 401k
What about filing for Chapter 7?? Do you have a pension or 401k at your work that you can borrow from to fund settlements? If not, I would look into the Chapter 7 before the court issues judgements against you and possibly garnish your pay.
