regarding zipdebt you need to check BBB/Ripoffs and so on. Go through their fees.

You can do a search from the search box and find out what others felt after using them.

btw you can always do it yourself instead of paying others :)

I used it. I can't say enough about it. Best thing I ever did. I wanted to it myself after getting screwed by sifxpert. His training is very complete from beggining the process all the way to the end including how to file your taxes on forgiven debt. His email support is fantastic always responed to my questions withing 24 hours. He makes the process less stressful. He knows his stuff. Some of the information given hear can be outdated and incomplete depending on who answers you.

I think I agee, I have not purchased his stuffs, but will definitely get his "training" materials. He really knows what he's talking about. He responded to my email right away when i told his our debt situation, no pressure in selling his stuffs. I just dont know which one to get, the $397.00 or the %700+.. we have abt 90k in cc debt. Which one did you get, time4wine?
