charged off as bad debt

I received a summons with Zwicker and Assoc. as Attorney for Plaintiff and Chase as the Plaintiff. If I understand this correctly I'm being sued by Chase. I pulled my credit report and it shows that my Chase account was charged off as bad debt. Can Chase still sue me?
Charge off is an accounting term....it means it had been charged
Charge off is an accounting term....it means it had been charged off the "good" debt books and into the "bad". And yes, they can most definately will sue you.
