I just had my bank acct frozen . This was a debt with Amex that went to court What can I do ?

Your bank account has been frozen because you owe money to Amex. Any creditor that has a judgment against you can get your account frozen. It means that you can't write any checks or make any withdrawals. In case, you make any deposits, it will be frozen too. Your account will continue to be frozen until you pay off the creditor in full. However, in order to take out money from your account, the creditor will have to get a turnover order from a judge.
