after seven years does the stuff on yiur credit report go away and you have a new start or the lenders no longer can hold that debt againist u

After 7 years, the debt account should be automatically removed from the file as per the laws stated in the FCRA. If they are shown in the file, you need to place a dispute with the bureaus so that your credit is prevented from being hurt in front of your lenders.

Once the negative information is removed from the file, your lenders will identify you with a renewed credit file.
