I just received a call from Anna Garcia and she was very rude. I wanted to get some information from her on the issue she had with me and she really got offended when I corrected her that the informaton that was given was not accurate. I was told that she wasn't going to deal with my stuff and hung up on me. I work in billing and collections and just because you owe a debt doesn't mean for someone to talk to you like your dumb and don't know. I forwarded their name to my attorney and credit repair people handling my debt. The sad thing about this is that, I told her that I would take care of this on tomorrow, 5/19/2006. But when I started asking questions about the documentation she had on me, she immediately got defensive. I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE AS THEY HAVE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Not only that, he made threats. When I told him that the balance was incorrect, he hung up. I asked him to what was his defintion of resolve he gave the same spill.
