billyh072883,

Welcome to forums.

Once you enter your contact details in the sign up form of this site, you get started. debt consolidation covers all your unsecured debts and brings it under one roof. You will be guided by one consultant through out the program. He will prepare a suitable payment plan for you keeping all your expenses in mind, like installments for auto loan, insurance premium etc.

He will then negotiate with your creditors and try to reduce the rate of interest, eliminate financial charges. You will be paying one monthly payment for all your unsecured debts once negotiation is done.

Debt consolidation has a great impact on your credit. Once your accounts are paid in full and reported in your favor, your score will be definitely moving along an upward slope. Since you are planning to buy home, a high score would be of real help.

Hi billyh072883

Welcome to the forums. Your future lenders will look at your credit scores before extending any credit to you. Your scores will only increase after you have all the past debt accounts. The debt consolidation program will help you in completing your payments with your creditors through easy monthly installments and at lower rate of interest.

The consultant will analyze your financial situation and negotiate with your creditors. Based on the negotiation, you will be offered various repayment plans. You can choose the one that suits to your present needs and get this program started.

In the consolidation program, all the financial charges and late fees will be wiped off. Thus, you will have the benefit of paying a reduced debt amount through out the program. Once you have paid off the debt, the creditors will update your account with the bureaus and this will renew your credit worthiness. Your credit scores will also rise higher and give a favorable view to your future lenders. You will be open to the best available packages and competitive rates of interest.

Take a free counseling from the consultant and know more about this program.

Regards
Roxette

i just spoke with my agent and man does this sound good. almost too good to be true. is there any down side to this. and why wont creditors be pissed off that your not paying them the full amount back. like if u have 5k in debt and theyre only getting 2500 back wont they care about that loss. again thanks for your help and any more info would be great.

Congratulations! You have just got a positive way to take care of your financial problems. Make sure that you are regular in making the payments during this program. Also, insist the consultant that your creditors should post your accounts as 'paid' with your credit bureaus. Your credit worthiness will be renewed and your scores will also rise higher.
