I am not sure of the legalities of that but I have seen where Westbury Ventures does that often....My recommendation is to contact your bank and have your account flagged for any unusualy debits! I know that skip tracing is legal but I do not know how legal it is for a payday loan company to do it seeing as they are rarely if ever liscensed!

I think they are a scam. they said I have a loan from 04...but they can not provide me proof. At the time I had a checking account that was closed for fraud. But they told me any account I have now they can get the info. My bank says no unless I give it to them...I think its scare tactics.
