Paying for Phone services that I did not ask for

Terrorist act on American consumers, by large American company corporations. No matter how you slice it. TERROR IS WHAT IT IS (TERROR) If it be Saddam Hussein or Osama bin Laden
And terror is what Companies like Sprint and Nextel Do. The consumer as an individual have no say.
You except there error, over charges and pay, all to protect your credit and keep your service on.
I along with others I have been living with this Terror for years now. When is the united States Government going to send the troupes in to save us? Just when all eyes are on terrorist out of the United States Of America, the terrorist that live here in the United States are terrorizing us the consumers. Terror is not just physical abuse, but also a mental and financial abuse. In some cases mental and financial abuse can be worse. Sprint and Nextel Executive should be hung as Saddam Hussein was for the crime they are committing on the American consumers.
Like every one ells that has a problem with Sprint and Nextel. I am Tired of Sprint and Nextel miss handle of phone account. I have four Nextel phone, And I have been with Nextel for over six or seven years now. The problem all started when Nextel merged with sprint. I am constantly getting charges that do not apply to my account. Charged for service not rendered or over charges for calls that there should not be any charges for. It is a constant headache to try and keep up with this problem. I feel that it’s as if Sprint and Nextel are intentionally trying to trying to rip off the consumers.
Knowing that most consumers already have there hands full with so many activities through out the days and week that they really don’t have time to monitor there phone bills, and just over look extra charges and pay them with out knowing there being over charged. I also feel intimated by costumer service because they know most people don’t have the time are resource to fight it, …………..and there’s always the threat of them destroying your credit. We as consumers do not have the power as individuals to fight large companies like Sprint and Nextel.
I feel that the united states congress should step in and help the small people out here that are being abused by large corporations like Sprint and Nextel. For one pass a bill that would stop Phone contracts. No more phone contract, a person can cancel the phone service and go to another any time they won’t with out the early disconnection fee, this would help bring customer service back. Penalties for charges that have not been authorized. (NO MORE MERGERS ) Merger is just another word for Monopolizing. Stop the game of free incoming calls, Mobile to mobile, free nights and week ends. Just make one flat fee as the phone company’s do with Home or business phone, let’s just please stop the scamming and madness.
