Got another email from them, they're still trying to hit my checking account that's been closed for 3 weeks now! Those fools....
Last time I heard from them they added $310 in fees to my account and said they were sending it to a CA...
This is probably their way of adding more fees....

Inform your bank about the actions of Cashnet500 so that they can stop the company from putting any additional charges. I have not heard about Cashnet 500 going this far after the account is closed. I will definitely report them to your local AG's office for unauthorized withdrawals.

For some reason the site won't let me log in to post...arrrghh!
I have already switched banks, I got this notice from cashnet that they are "having a problem with my checking account' they already know it's been closed...jerks..
I've already filed numerous complaints with AG's office in Utah and here...as well as BBB..

Do a search on ACH laws, this might be a violation. I would ask your old bank if they sent notice to the company after the first transaction with cashnet was refused since you closed your checking account. I had one company hit my account for almost three months after I closed my checking account. They knew of it and accepted my debt consolidation program. I'm still fighting this lender. :x
