cosigner that never signed anything?

If I'm a cosigner on a loan that I never signed any paperwork on, how can I legally be responsible? My ex says they did it electronically online. Isn't a signature required to be held responsible for a $10,000 student loan?




An e-signature is consider a legal signature. Did he steal your identity?? If so, you would have to a police report and file that with your lender. He could be criminally prosecuted.

Was he the one that e signed for you? If so as soaplady said the only way out of this is by filing a police report.
