Forbearance and Rehab

I have a loan in forbearance and have been contacted this week by Pioneer to rehab another loan that has defaulted. Can I consolidate these loans to get the one out of default?

One more question:

I have not heard from Pioneer since I have talked to them nor have I received any paperwork from them for authorization for them to deduct the payment from my checking account. Is this common for them?
