The reason why I ask is that
my student loans have defaulted to National Enterprise System. I am
looking to pay most of my loans off and eventually settle so I no longer
have to deal with it anymore. I want to make sure that this is legit.
National Enterprise System has been harrassing my family, myself, and
has contacted my extended family members, along with my work phone
(Which case I never provided them with my extended family member
contacts nor my work phone), but I also got a letter from NCT last week
also, and I'm not sure who to pay at this point?! Please
help!

Your loans defaulted to National Collegiate trust...they have been
assigned to NES for collections.

Does National Enterprise System have YOUR valid contact information? If
not, calling your family to skip you down is hardly illegal since you
agreed to keep your lender updated with your all your contact
information.

Call NCT...they will probably refer you to NES.
