How to pay off credit card debt and student loans after 60?

I am a retired old man with $10,000 credit card debt and $60000 student loan debt. Can you suggest what to do? My son is unemployed and doesn’t have the money to repay the student loan debt. I have money but that is not enough to pay off those debts.
