Hello,

I'm from England and i moved to the states about 4 years ago now and i start going to itt tech in 2009 and things were going great, i was getting great grades but then i had some marriage problems, my husband hit me and i call the cops and he got sent to jail and all that stuff was going on, i had to move in with a friend and things were super stressful and i was missing days and failing a lot of my classes because of all of it.and i wanted to go back but it was going to cost me too much to go back to college so in the end i didn't. now im stuck with these student loans and no one is helping me, Finding a job right now is hard, i don't have a car so it has to be near me or near the bus area and i don't have a lot of skills or degree and when loads people ask me if i got a high school diploma, i explain to them we don't do them in England, they give me weird looks and they don't call me back for the job, i have been able to make small amount of money back on my one loan but nothing on my sallie mae one, im just wondering is there anything that can help me right now. I'm worried and scared about being sued and also getting kick out of the usa.

What type of loans? Federal or private?? Did you have a cosignor?\

Why would you get kicked out of the country?

As for your education in England, you do have have a secondary school. Did you complete your GCSE? Go on to any of the A levels?
SInce as a general rule, england has a much more advanced educational system than the US, your GCSE would be high school graduation. I would write down on an application that you have the UK equivalent.
