Consolidate from Sallie Mae to Direct Loan Services

Anyone have opinions on this? I have a loan with Sallie Mae, and I want to qualify for the 10 year loan forgiveness program, but I have to be with Direct Loan Services in order to do this. Anyone know of any reason NOT to consolidate with Direct Loan Services? I really need help with this!
