You mean USDOE?? There is no SOL on student loans....they will collect whether it be by taxoffset, wage garnishment (no court order required) or by garnishing social security. Do yourself a favor and get into voluntary repayment. Look up Direct Loan Consolidation Loan program and get your loans consolidated and back in repayment.
